Ingredients: Made from wild-caught, flash-frozen white fish ([Surimi]) combined with starches, egg white powder, natural extracts, and crab flavoring. Cooking Versatility: Because they are pasteurized, they can be eaten straight out of the packaging. Ingredients
- 400 g cooked sushi rice
- 250 g crab sticks, shredded
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 nori sheets, shredded
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Season the warm rice with rice vinegar and cool slightly.
- Mix shredded crab sticks with mayonnaise and sriracha.
- Divide rice among four bowls.
- Arrange crab, cucumber and avocado neatly over the rice.
- Finish with nori and sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce.
Storage guidance
- Keep frozen at or below -18ยฐC.
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume promptly.
- Do not refreeze after complete thawing.
- Cook thoroughly before serving where applicable.
