Ingredients
- 600 g 6 mm French fries
- Neutral oil, for frying
- 40 g finely grated parmesan
- 1 tsp truffle oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Flaky salt
- Black pepper
Method
- Heat frying oil to the temperature stated on the pack.
- Cook fries in batches until crisp and golden.
- Drain briefly, then transfer to a large warm bowl.
- Toss immediately with parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Add truffle oil sparingly and finish with parsley.
Storage guidance
- Keep frozen at or below -18ยฐC.
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume promptly.
- Do not refreeze after complete thawing.
- Cook thoroughly before serving where applicable.
