Ingredients
- 12 seaweed corn prawn rolls
- Neutral oil, for frying
- 120 ml sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- Coriander leaves
- Lime wedges
Method
- Keep the rolls chilled while heating oil to 175ยฐC.
- Mix sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and fish sauce.
- Fry the rolls in batches until crisp and golden.
- Drain well on a rack or absorbent paper.
- Scatter with spring onion and coriander, then serve with the dip.
Storage guidance
- Keep frozen at or below -18ยฐC.
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume promptly.
