Ingredients
- 350 g skinless ham, diced
- 3 leeks, sliced
- 30 g butter
- 30 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 100 g Gruyรจre, grated
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- Black pepper
Method
- Soften the leeks in half the butter without colouring.
- Melt remaining butter, stir in flour, then gradually whisk in milk.
- Simmer until thick and stir in mustard and half the cheese.
- Fold in ham and leeks, then transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs; bake at 200ยฐC until bubbling and golden.
Storage guidance
- Keep frozen at or below -18ยฐC.
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume promptly.
- Do not refreeze after complete thawing.
- Cook thoroughly before serving where applicable.
